By accessing our platform, enrolling in the program, or participating in our affiliate model, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”), which form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”, or “Member”) and Hustle Media LTD (“we”, “us”, or “DSA”).

These Terms are designed to protect the integrity of the program and ensure a fair, ethical, and compliant experience for all users, in line with applicable laws in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and internationally.

3. PROGRAM ACCESS & USAGE

3.1 Personal Access

Your DSA access license is strictly personal and non-transferable. You agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Operate no more than two accounts without prior written consent

  • Avoid suspicious activity, such as login attempts from inconsistent locations or account sharing

Any violation may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination without refund.

3.2 Pricing & Resale Model

The one-time access fee for the DSA program is $497 USD. This includes:

  • Full access to the DSA training platform

  • Resale rights with 85% commission per sale

  • Daily coaching support

  • Monthly content updates

  • Lifetime access to DSA resources

🔄 DSA retains 15% of each sale to fund coaching, platform development, ongoing moderation, legal infrastructure, and support services.

Unauthorized discounts or custom pricing offers are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to undercut or modify the official pricing structure will result in immediate removal from the program and possible legal action.

3.3 Commission Rules & Sale Validation

As a reseller, you are responsible for:

  • Registering clients through approved DSA systems

  • Verifying that full payment was received and that the client is properly assigned to your account

  • Avoiding chargebacks, refund manipulation, or duplicate sales

All sales activity is monitored. DSA reserves the right to withhold commissions in the event of fraud or abuse.

4. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & ETHICAL STANDARDS

4.1 Official Community Platform

Creation, promotion, or management of external communities (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord) is not permitted under any circumstances.

4.2 Code of Conduct

All members are expected to:

  • Engage respectfully with other users and the DSA team

  • Fully consume training material before requesting support

  • Avoid spamming, manipulative behavior, or hidden promotional tactics

4.3 Anti-Spam & Zero Tolerance Policy

Given the size of our growing global community (10,000+ members), DSA maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Repeated or excessive posting/comments to gain visibility

  • Private messaging (DMing) other members to sell products, services, or coaching

  • Fake testimonials, false results, or offering DM-only support as a sales trap

➡️ Violations will result in immediate lifetime ban, with no right to appeal or refund.

4.4 Community Vigilance

If you come across:

  • Unusual accounts (e.g., bios in English with no photo, suspicious offers, links to other programs)

  • Comments or DMs attempting to redirect you outside DSA

  • Fake-sounding results or unclear promotional tactics

4.5 Respect for the Founder, Team & Community

DSA stands on a foundation of integrity, mutual trust, and professionalism.

Any form of:

  • Disrespectful remarks

  • Personal attacks or slander against the founder, team, or community members

  • False accusations or attempts to create hostility

...will result in permanent exclusion without notice or refund.

4.6 Testimonial & Results Policy

You may only share testimonials or income results if:

  • You provide a verifiable screenshot (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  • You are the actual owner of the sale

  • The testimonial is honest, measured, and free of exaggeration

Fake or unverifiable claims will be removed. Repeat offenses may lead to account deactivation.

4.7 Reproduction or “Inspired Copy” Strictly Prohibited

Any full or partial reproduction of the DSA program — including by “inspiration,” imitation, adaptation, or rewording — is strictly forbidden. This applies to all formats: videos, scripts, frameworks, strategies, or sales content.

Creating a competing offer based on DSA’s content, even indirectly or with changes, will result in immediate removal, legal action, and financial penalties.



5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESOURCE RESTRICTIONS

All content delivered via DSA — including videos, frameworks, scripts, visuals, and promotional material — is protected by international copyright law, including:

  • UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988

  • EU Directive 2001/29/EC

  • U.S. Copyright Act

5.1 What You Can’t Do

You may not:

  • Share, sell, or redistribute any DSA content

  • Reuse templates or visuals in other programs

  • Claim or modify any of our marketing assets

  • Use strategies or tools designed for resale or competitive use

5.2 Resource Access is Tier-Specific

You’re only permitted to use the content available to your membership level.

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Use tools/files obtained from other users

  • Access private resources or bonuses not unlocked in your account

  • Share content via unauthorized links or private groups

🚫 Violations may result in:

  • Account ban

  • Resale license revoked

  • Legal consequences and a penalty up to $497 USD

6. NO REFUND POLICY

In compliance with consumer law and due to the digital nature of our product:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued after access has been granted

You acknowledge that this is a non-refundable digital product, and waive any right of withdrawal once the program is activated.

7. VIOLATION & ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES

Any breach of these Terms may lead to:

  • Warning (first-time minor offense)

  • Temporary suspension of account

  • Permanent exclusion (for repeated or serious offenses)

  • Legal proceedings (fraud, defamation, IP theft)

  • Penalties of $100, $200, or $300 USD depending on the case

8. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, including:

  • UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Data Protection Act 2018 (UK GDPR)

  • Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999

All disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of London, United Kingdom.
